API
The versioned ScriptBunker HTTP API — a public catalogue API and a token-authenticated creator API.
ScriptBunker has two HTTP APIs, both versioned under /api/v1 and both returning JSON.
| API | Who it is for | Authentication |
|---|---|---|
| Public catalogue API | Discord bots, script hubs, executor integrations, community apps | None — read-only, rate limited by IP |
| Creator API | CI/CD, release tooling, your own bots and dashboards | A creator API token with explicit scopes |
Creators can also receive signed webhooks when something happens to their projects.
Conventions
- Base path:
/api/v1. The version is part of the path; every response carriesX-ScriptBunker-API-Version: v1. Fields may be added to a v1 response, so ignore fields you do not recognise. A breaking change would ship as/api/v2, never as a change to v1. - Success:
{ "data": …, "meta": … }.metacarries pagination (total,page,pageSize,totalPages) where it applies. - Errors:
{ "error": { "code": "…", "message": "…" } }with a matching HTTP status. See Errors. - Limits: every endpoint is rate limited and every list is paginated with a hard maximum. See Rate limits.
- Timestamps are ISO 8601 in UTC.
What the API does not do
The API does not expose accounts, sign-in, sessions, passwords, e-mail addresses, moderation data, admin tools or analytics that are private to a creator. The public API never returns script source, and no API can execute a script for you.
Community scripts are published by independent creators. ScriptBunker does not review or guarantee them — run scripts at your own risk.
