Terms of Service

1. The service

ScriptBunker provides tools to discover and publish user-submitted scripts and related metadata. The service currently includes public script and game listings, creator publishing and releases, community likes and comments, a personal Library (saves, watching, following and collections), ScriptBunker Keys (an optional access-control feature creators can enable for their own scripts), creator-managed external key systems, public and creator APIs, and a directory of executor status information from a third-party source. ScriptBunker Protect and paid features are not available.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and promptly report suspected compromise. We may suspend platform access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

3. Creator content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit, including scripts, releases, profile information and comments. You grant ScriptBunker a non-exclusive, worldwide licence limited to hosting, storing, reproducing, formatting, displaying, and distributing that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

4. Prohibited content

You may not submit malware, credential or token stealers, phishing, ransomware, destructive payloads, content intended for unauthorized account access, stolen or leaked private source, copyright-infringing uploads, fraud, scams, or illegal content. 5. Moderation and reports

Reports are assessed rather than automatically accepted. We may hide or remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records, and respond to valid legal requests. Restrictive actions may be explained to the affected creator where appropriate.

6. Community scripts, keys and third parties

Scripts are published by independent creators. ScriptBunker does not review, score or certify them, does not claim that any script is safe, and does not warrant that every uploaded script or external link is safe. You run any script at your own risk.

ScriptBunker Keys are an access-control feature for creators; they are not encryption or obfuscation and do not guarantee that a script's source stays secret. A key system run by a creator or another website (an external key) is controlled by that third party, not by ScriptBunker.

User content may link to third-party services, and some features rely on them: for example Discord for optional sign-in and account linking, and third-party data for the executor status directory (which ScriptBunker does not verify and which is not an endorsement or a compatibility guarantee). ScriptBunker does not control those services. Roblox and Discord are third-party platforms; ScriptBunker is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord.

7. Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms should be communicated using a reasonable method before they take effect where required.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service. ScriptBunker may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or others, subject to applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service and user-generated content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing here excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
